Yeah, I should be studying for my math test. No, I'm not. Yes, I am cutting off my nose to spite my face. No, I don't care.
Yay elections! All the excitement's making me buzz. Or maybe it's the M&Ms mommy bought on sale for me. Yum, M&Ms.
Today in volunteering I:
- hung out in the soiled utilities closet for a half hour
- pretended to do stuff in the playroom
- read betsy-tacy for a while
- played lincoln logs with some kids
Yeah, wasn't too bad.
Totally diggin' Ella Enchanted! I'm glad I saw the movie first, as it's so different, and I HATE when people bastardize beloved books of mine, and I adore the movie.
French was fun! Lochet likes my rendition of 'Aux Champs Elysées'. In the mock-elections, Kerry won in our class, and in our school, and this obnoxious senior (who, as it turns out, is a republican) bitched that she was glad that our class full of idiots was too young to vote. Lovely, said I.
Didn't completely die in chem, though many expected the class at large to. I think I did okay on the test.
Lunch is HOT! The new time change leaves the table completely exposed to the sun the entire forty-five minutes, which sucks muchly. Corradino was fun. Laura Galvez wants to set him up with our old history teacher from Carver, Ms. Sanchez, which everyone thinks would be a perfect perfect set-up.
I'm really, really tired. I should sleep. Hell, I should study! And shower.
La la la.
Peter Jennings! He's broadcasting! I love him.
I want them to name the president already.
