Jan. 13th, 2007 12:53 amMy cat Boo Boo got hit by a car this evening and died. He was around eight years old and was running across the street to come home for dinner. Two guys came to the door and asked my parents if they had a grey cat. They had taken him off the road so that he wouldn't get hurt.
This is the second pet I've ever had that has died- and when the first one died, my mom made such a big deal about it that it was practically a relief to hear that the bird had died and not a family member. And they're burying him tomorrow and I'm never going to see him again- a cat that would come when you called for him and who would raise his head if I asked him if he wanted a kiss.
And he didn't suffer, which is great, and I'm happy about that, but he didn't deserve this.
