This is going to be really, really hard, but I'm going to try to recap the entire 9-day M&Mapalooza that just ended today when I left Monica at the airport when I walked through security at noon. (Eleven hours apart already. I don't think I can handle this.)

Anyway, as you already know, she got here at around three last Monday. That day all we did was eat dinner and watch Alias. And we're not talking about that, because I was very emotional.

The next day I went to school in the morning and came home early and then that night was gala, which you also already know about.

Wednesday I skipped school and it was graduation, and after that we went to dinner with Becca and my family at the Cheesecake Factory, and we saw a whole lot of kids from my school there afterwards, including four kids I knew personally.

Thursday we were going to go to the beach with Talisa and Becca, but then Talisa's car had to be fixed so she couldn't come, and then it RAINED ALL DAY. Which NEVER HAPPENS. And I'm not being sarcastic. It really never rains all day here. For a while, sure, but never really all day. But the day we planned to go to the beach? Pouring rain. So all we did was go down to my school to pick up my diploma and turn in my graduation gown, and I saw a lot of people I knew and it's weird thinking I will never see a lot of them in the same capacity ever again.

That night Talisa came over and Nica and Tata got to meet and we have a lot of cute pictures but they're all hard copies so so much for that. Especially since Monica LOST HERS at her house and can't scan them anymore.

We left around elevenish on Friday morning and flew to Orlando and prepared for The Longest Lay-Over Of All Time by having lunch at the airport's Outback Steakhouse. We rode the magic metrorail to the other side of the airport to go shop... until we realized we'd have to leave security to shop, and that's just a pain, so we trekked down to our gate to wait for like, another two hours. So, we're sitting down, waiting, and suddenly this guy taps Monica, and she starts talking, so I start wondering who she could possibly be talking to- and holy lord, it's her dad. He'd come to Orlando on business on PURPOSE so that he could meet us, and her mom and sister had kept it a secret. We went back up to Outback and had more cokes and bread while her dad ate and we got to play a bit on his laptop and The Longest Lay-Over Of All Time dragged on.

Us on a plane.

Then we fiiiiinaaally got on the plane, and then we went to Nica's house, and we went to dinner that night at... Max and Erma's. And that was fun, even if there was a scary guy walking around making balloon animals.

The next day we went to Williamsburg. First we went to the outlet mall, which was great, and I got a replacement for my favorite Gap bag for $2.97. Which was honestly the highlight of my day. Then we went to go look at William and Mary, but... Monica had absolutely no idea where she was (which is a common, common theme when going anywhere with her) so we got back in the car and wound up following this cobblestone road to... scenic Jamestown! You know, the settlement where John Smith and Pocahontas lived! So we saw like, statues and this old church and gravestones and where there were houses and where they made glass and we were really, really blonde and said stupid things a lot, and it was really geeky and we were the only teenagers there but it was FUN and on the way home we bought fudge. And then that night we watched Spanglish, and it became my new favorite movie, because before I obviously hallucinated or fell asleep or was abducted because entire scenes were like, magically there this time. And it the best movie ever.

Ye Olde Fire Hydrant.

The next day we were slugs. All day. I watched the entire second disc of season one of Alias. And then later that night we went out and bought ice cream and sorbet cartons. And that was our Sunday. And that night I watched Spanglish again. 'Cause yay.

Monday I woke up and Monica was starving and wanted pizza, so we went to this place called Bottoms Up, and we had a nasty waiter. And then we went to this nice mall with all sorts of nice stores and I wound up getting this shirt at American Eagle on sale that I really wanted. It's yellow and it says Buenos Aires on it and it's pretty.

After that we (the whole family and I) went to go look at cars for Monica's sister. I apparently was officially inducted into the family after that, so, yay me.

That night we watched the good parts of The Best Movie Ever, and it was so funny. Or maybe we were just extra snarky. But it seemed hilarious.

The next day we went to Busch Gardens. When I say "we went" what I really mean is, we left, got twenty some minutes away, and then Monica realized her license was at home, and we had to go back. So we went back, got lost on the way back, and then actually left and arrived at the park. And had a blast. I love rollercoasters like whoa, man. Love them like crazy and wish I could go on them all the time. Had a fabulous, fabulous time. Then we went to the pet store to look at the puppies and then went home to shower because that night we were going to dinner with one of Nica's friends.

Her friend Ashley was super, super nice. We went to the Cheesecake Factory (yaaaay!) and we had a waitress that looked kind of like Karen from Will and Grace (which we watched a lot of, actually) and we had a good time all around. And then we came home and Chelsea took pictures of us and we watched Will and Grace and Whose Line Is It Anyway (FEATURING THE HOFF, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE HOFF!) and we went to bed pretty early. Oh, and I packed.

Me and Harley, who is my favorite.

Me and Nica, who is like... whatever.

This morning I got up and got ready to go, and then I watched the Liz Taylor movie "Taming of the Shrew" while Monica showered and got ready, and then we watched part of Regis and Kelly until it was time to leave, and we took a drive through scenic Richmond to get to the airport without using the highway, and her mom got a coffee and Monica got nachos and I got a water and we sat around talking for a half hour, and then I had to get on the plane. And it was the longest flight ever but I had a funny flight attendant and I've been Nicaless now for almost 13 hours and it's weird.

Us at the airport when I got up to leave. :-(

1. I still cannot believe it rained ALL ON OUR BEACH DAY.

2. I swear I'll find all the hard copy pics, someday.

3. My dad is hilarious.

4. Getting lost is REALLY EASY when you haven't been to lots of parts of Williamsburg/Jamestown before AND you don't think you have a compass in your car but three days later you find out YOU DO!

5. Ye Olde [insert anything]... that was hysterical. I loved doing that. YE OLDE CHURCH. YE OLDE CAR! YE OLDE [other funny stuff]. Also, you forgot YE OLDE BIGASS BLACK SNAKE.

6. I <3 Spanglish! I was glad you finally discovered the beauty of it, but you discovered it like, to an overkill degree. :P

7. You were definitely inducted into the family via the car shopping adventure. That is so my family. I'm sorry if you were bored, but for some reason, I find it fun to crawl into random cars.

8. Dude, that was THE best viewing of The X-Files movie EVER. I nearly cried it was so awesome. I don't even remember WHAT was funny, other than the requisite "THERE'S NO TIME!" But so much crap was just... omg, dude.

9. I was so disappointed that I left my license, because I GOT US ON THE RIGHT HIGHWAY RAMP, and I was so proud! And then ego, pfft.

10. The "Our waitress looks like--" "Karen" thing was REALLY scary. I'm sure we frightened Ashley just a smidgen. I'm glad you liked Ashley.

11. WHY DOES HARLEY ALWAYS LOOK POSSESSED IN PICTURES?

12. Oh, the HOFF!

13. It is very weird that you aren't here. :( But I'm so glad you came! :D

1. Dude. It was like the weather gods said, "Sorrrrrrrrrry, Nica. Not so much."

2. Yeah, in like, three years.

3. "You should call your parents and tell them this really nice guy picked you up and is buying you drinks!"

4. LOL,

You: "Oh my god. There IS a compass. In the dashboard."
Ashley: "Well, Monica, just tell your Daddy to get it moved to the rearview mirror."
Me: "Yeah, that's it."

5. I thought you were going to get annoyed because I would've ye olded for the rest of the day. We were like, let's take ye olde path to ye olde car...

6. Shut up. I wish I owned it already.

7. I had a headache and I was bored. But it was fun anyway. Except that it was a million degrees.

8. Dude, what wasn't funny? Everything was funny. It was hysterical.

9. Yeah, but we got off wrong or something. Always an adventure with you.

10. LOL, I know! We were doing the scary thing the whole time but we really did it there. Poor Ashley.

11. Poor Harley. He's so cute. I was telling my family about him- I was like, he's so cute... but he's so ugly! But I love him!

12. He MADE MY NIGHT. The Hoff singing.

13. I'm all lonesome. Except that I'm talking to you online. And here.

Aww, I'm really glad you had a nice time! Friends can be really great. And, I LOVE Spanglish. Lots and lots. It's like mine and my mom's movie. Because she was like the little girl. And her mom was like Flor. Except her mom was married so there was no fraternizing with married men.

And you're wearing a UF sweatshirt in that last picture! GO GATORS!!

Please excuse me while I have and OMGCOLLEGE moment.

And ugh. The graduation costume was so bad.

Glad I made you smile!

Yeah, you have AWESOME hair. Like, I'd probably kill for your hair in the last picture. For serious.

Ahh, you're in the Richmond airport! It makes Sacramento's airport look roomy, which is just madness. And you were at Busch Gardens and Williamsburg and stuff. That's so crazy. Gahhh, I'm not going this summer and now I am sad. Someday I am going to come visit you in Miami, randomly, just 'cause I so want to go there.

I've gotten so many compliments on my hair lately, and while it makes me happy and thrilled, I don't really get it. But yaaaay.

Aw, Cryssa. Maybe one day I'll go to Cali-fore-nye-ay and go see see, just 'cause I so want to go there.
