Things that do not make me happy:

- Appointments at 8:15

- Appointments that are for 8:15 where you don't get seen until 8:40, which is coincidentally the same time as your swim class.

- Mornings where it's 53 degrees.

- Getting in the water for ONE LAP because CLASS IS OVER. Whyyyyy did she make me get in? Stupid whore.

- Walking out of Anderson and feeling teeny itty bitty raindrops of ice.

- Smelling like chlorine all day.

- Spain-spanish accents.


Things that make me happy:

- Loving Ingrid Bergman. Silly me, I forgot. Thank you, kerlin!

- Icons of Ingrid. And Notorious. Some of which were found here

- "Culling of the Fold," THAAAAAANK YOU, dollsome.

- And "We Both Go Down Together." I LOVE YOU NITA.

- My crazy SyVa ficlet I've got going on.

- Promises of WWBH fics from Yahtzee, and the fic she already wrote me.

- Interesting classes.

- Waiting for my Cabaret soundtrack to come from Amazon. LISTENING to my Cabaret soundtrack. My life is now complete.

I hate swimming and other forms of exercise in the morning for precisely that reason -- you get in and you're crappy and dirty for the rest of the day. And ice in Florida is bad. Ice in Virginia is bad too, but we didn't have any. :D

YESSSSSS. I totally thought you'd love "We Both Go Down Together." :D How are you feelin' about "Here I Dreamt I Was An Architect"? That was another one that seemed particularly Madi-esque to me.

I do really like it too! I like them all. Odalisque is a bit hard to swallow, which makes me sad because I read about that one somewhere, and O Valencia is growing on me, and Engine Driver was already growing on me... but oh man. The two I mentioned, plus the bagman's gambit? Forget it.

It took me awhile to warm up to Odalisque, but I'm really loving it now. Ditto with O Valencia. I think they kinda grow on you the more you listen to them. :) And oh man, I wish I could send you A Cautionary Song and Summersong and The Bachelor and the Bride, because they are all seriously phenomenal, but they're all from the iTunes store. Grr.

But here's more anyway!
