Me: Hi, [I'm me], I was told to call to see if the schedule's been posed?
Guy: It'll be up tomorrow.
Me: So, um, when should I come look?
Guy: Nine-thirty tomorrow morning.
Me: O... kay?

9:30 this morning

Me: Hi, I'm here to see the schedule.
Guy: Okay, give me a moment. *guy does stuff, then gets schedule* Uh oh.
Me: Uh oh?
Guy: Something messed up.
Schedule: Unscheduled all week long.
Me: Uh oh.
Guy: Call [lady] at four or five, she'll fix it.

4:30 this afternoon

Me: Hi, [lady], it's Madeline, I'm calling because my schedule was messed up and [guy] told me to call you to fix it.
Lady: Oh- oh no.
Me: Oh no.
Lady: I can't fix it from here, not able to, etc. Call tomorrow at this time to talk to [manager guy].
Me: Oh. Great.
