So yesterday's headache turned out to be a precursor of what I can only describe as the plague. Not like, the black death, but the plague is what my mother and I called our coincidence incapacitating illnesses when I was... god... fourteen? We were laid up in bed, too exhausted and miserable to do anything. Mom just had some run of the mill cold, but I had the sinus infection to beat all sinus infections. I'm really, really hoping I don't have one now, and am taking decongestants like I'm a paid advertiser, but I've spent all afternoon chilling in bed.

I did get an awesome package from my mom with lots of food, and The Music Man on DVD. Oh, and the X-File disc for Ollie. My mommy is delightful.

So, question for the day: whither the Atonement fic? I know that the fact that there is no fic (that I've found) is probably amazing and for the best because people suck and would ruin it and cannot possibly encompass the genius, etc. etc., but I have never come across... well, any fandom, really, without fic. All movies and shows that I've ever tried to find fic for has had it. Even if it sucked, it was there. Atonement? There's exactly one on ff.n. I just.... it blows my mind.

(Happily, I can always rely on ANTM reruns.)
