It's scary how close IB is.

Today, Barkow's sixth period convinced Barkow to extend our lab due date from tomorrow to Friday, with the caveat that sixth period let every other period know.

By 2:45, every single IB junior in Chem knew.

I received a text message, and several phone calls. Addy said people were telling her (and she's in sixth period) abuot the lab being cancelled.

Everyone's always joking about how quickly news spreads in IB, but that was just damn scary.

Volunteering sucked. Truly did. It was way boring.

Drama was GREAT, we did two read-throughs of different plays we might do... it was fantastic. I had a great time. I read a good sized part in 'Competition Piece'- where my character had a kissing scene with Javier, melt; and a huge piece in 'Cut', which was so hysterically great it's ridiculous.

Almost done with 'I capture the castle'. Have mixed feelings towards the heroine. Hm.

I actually miss having XF to watch. No, correction, I miss Dana. Their scary missions I could live without; but I miss Dana.

More than Dana, I miss Nica! Nica, come back.

No one ever calls me, and tonight, three people did! It was grand! I spent over an hour on the phone with Taylor, and I totally, totally adore her. We attempted to do chem work together. She's so super sweet.

Anything else to add? No, not really.

Dude, I miss Dana and Foxy. I need more DVDs! Need them! Away with this pesky schoolwork, sayeth I! Because really, what's more important? I ask you.

"Dear Diary, today my heart leapt when Agent Scully suggested spontaneous human combustion."

Cutest. Scene. Ever. Or, okay, maybe not ever, but I watch it over and over and over and am rendered a giggling mess every time. Sigh!

And I really miss having drama class. *is jealous, and such*

I once read this vintage book (do you use the term "vintage" for books?) that had accounts of (alleged) spontaneous human combustion. Interesting stuff (I mean, not that I actually believed in it, just interesting in a "look at the weirdness" way").
