Damn radio edits.

Learned that I really, really do not like Sex and the City. I tried and everything. Netflixed an episode with Simon and watched and EEEE the Simon but I just... didn't click with it. Carrie had REALLY big hair. Like, excessively. Charlotte is really cute. I like her. Big bothered me 'cause he cheated on Carrie and made her sad and she STILL didn't sleep with Simon. Why? I don't know. Something about love and Big and standing still. Bah.

Anyway, registered for the SAT. I'm going to some far away school that'll probably be scary on Jan 22nd and... yeah, lots of bummer.

One week left of school! This is crazy. I have mad shopping to do. I'm willing to bet that everyone's getting their gifts/cards after Christmas unless I am underestimating the US postal system.

Watched 'Home' today with Mel. Scary. As. All. Seriously, that episode is just several realms of creepy and scary. I love Dana, though. And even Mulder. Yay Mulder. And Not!Dixon. I was so sad when he died.

And because this made my day (and to hell with all those who think I am crazy/not pretty...)

Today we had a pep rally at school, but I hate them, so I didn't go.
I stayed with Khausinau and Janelle and some other people, and 'cause Khausinau was bored with us, we all went to Corradino's.
And because they're being really stringent with who gets into the damn pep rallies (not unless you're wearing school colors, subject to whatever the person/nazi decided) this kid wandered into the dino's because he wasn't allowed in, 'cause his shirt wasn't grey enough, or something.
So, he sits down and we're all talking amiably, and suddenly he looks at me and he's all, you look like someone.
Me: Oh, lord. Who? *wince*
Him: You know, that girl. From 13 going on 30.
My automatic response, no joke, was "Who told you to say that? No, really."
And the guy's er, I'm sorry? I didn't mean it?
And I say, "Jennifer Garner? Do you mean Jennifer Garner?" And he replies, yeah, the girl with the smile.
And so I say, politely, "Excuse me."
I turn to Janelle and squeal. "Janelle!" (pronounced "Hah-nay-yay") "He just said I looked like Jen! EEE!"
And then I turned back and calmed down, and we continued talking, and a little while later I turn to say something to Miriam and he says, "Oh, wow. It's eerie. The way you talk, and your smile and the way you got excited, and the way you move your eyebrows..."
Me: "I'm sorry, I have to go die of happiness now."

Sigh. I wish I was massively witty like dollsome . She writes amusing little recaps and fics and does cute vids to songs with BADASS but ultimately unusable clips. Le moan.
