So, I got up at noon. Watched a lot of All My Children, and still just caught Bianca awaking from her coma to see Miranda and Erica by sheer luck thanks to Soap Net because Mom and Mel and I had to go to the dentist.
I had Mel find me the shirt I have that's pink and like Syd's pyjamas from The Episode Where Vaughn Tells Syd He's Separating From Lauren and Totally Wants to Go Out With Her Soon But Then Lauren Kills Her Dad So That Plan Is Shot To Hell And Syd Winds Up Crying Alone In The Wooden Cabin By The Beach and Weiss and Abercrombie jeans and my new Abercrombie Jacket and my new pink purse and my pink Converse and I looked cute and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned because mom had the appt. wrong.
Which was sad.
Then I came home because Mom said screw this and made a new appt. (and yes, I say 'appt.' 'cause I miss saying 'apt.' because there is no longer an apt. to talk about!) and we came home. In the mail I got my birthday card but not my Christmas card from Gramma- $20- and my card from Mi. Thank you, darling!
Then I watched most of X-Cops, but Mom's friend Elsie came with her family. Elsie and Mommy have known each other for about twelve million years and- and this is so cool- she's Chinese and she lives in Jamaica, so she has the prettiest accent ever. And her son? A dentist. A chinese dentist. (yes, I died.) Elsie also came bearing gifts, bless her heart- "Chinese gifts," she called them, a folded $20 in a red envelope with pretty gold Chinese lettering.
Then Elsie and family left- they were all super sweet- and I finished X-Cops and watched 'The Ghosts Who Stole Christmas' again and cried, again. Then, of course, I had to watch the no-fat tofutti rice dreamsicle scene from 'the unnatural' because like whoa, dude. Like whoa.
Aaaaaaaaaand then dinner was good but my family sucked because my dad's an ass and whatever. No matter. I made a paper clip chain today!
And, for the record, while the guy is hot, the love interest in The Princess Diaries 2 is gay. He is. I'm kinda saddened by that whole movie. I refuse to watch it.

Sadly, I've been kind of tempted to see that, because I really heart the first one, and everyone knows that the best thing about it was Julie and Hector Elizondo. (They dance!! It's so cute!! Why do I always get the most fascinated with the old people??) And Anne Hathaway is adorable. But . . . no Michael. That is so, so wrong.
