Before everything: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRINISCHA!

Current gripe: How is it that I have no cell phone service on the second floor of Barnes and Noble at Sunset Place, but Sydney has service SIX FEET UNDER GROUND and in Cuba? How is that at all fair? What kind of service does she have? Mobile to mobile my ass.

In other news, Maroon 5 in concert is AMAZING. I mean, I knew this, from the three-four songs they played at the Jingle Ball, but in concert for real? There are no words. Adam Levine is absolutely adorable, not to mention gorgeous and extremely, extremely talented.

The Donnas was their opening act, and those girls were awesome. I only knew their 'take it off' song (and that because of the Will episode of season three) but I was pleasantly surprised. Those girls were good.

Not Maroon 5, though.

I saw Gabi, Marcos and Galvez up there- they came over to say hi, although I think it was more to my mother than to me, because they love Mama Z.

we stayed overnight at my mom's friend Linda's house- she was really fun. She came with us to the concert, having barely ever heard Maroon 5, and left a fan.

And Adam Levine is totally the love of my life. Or, at least, one among many.
