Oh, Regina posted her first recap of the season and boyyyyy is she not happy. But many think that Vaughn is alive and hiding in the batcave, so you know what? All is well in Madiland. However, this recap makes me want to go back and recap the episode, simply because I enjoyed a lot of it until someone emptied their gun into the chest of my beloved. But whatever.

kerlin , darling girl that she is, wrote me a lovely little SyVa fic with promises of more AND she linked all of her SyVa fics there. It was lovely.

Figured out a decent solution to the iTunes/iPod problem! As the last iTunes update fucked my computer up so much, I've been too scared to download 5.0.1 from Apple because obviously they're not so bright. Plus? I'm not so down with them messing up my internet again. No thank you-oo-ooblie-ooh (and you can punctuate it.)

So, I trekked into my bedroom, where the despised beloved Dell sits on my desk, hooked up but with no internet. I thought, the hell? and plugged in the new keyboard that came with the Gateway but has a cable too short for this desk (this keyboard has no "N" sticker on the key and is missing one of it's little proppy-uppy leg things.) and installed iTunes and connected the iPod and lo! I was able to upload "I am not a sinner nor a saint" to the iPod! Oh, happy day! Sure, it won't convert files from wmm to whatever they use now, so I have to download all my songs from actual CDs into that computer, but who cares? It works!

My mom actually came up with the Vaughn's-not-really-dead scenario all by herself! I made her watch it with me, and although she complained the whole time (she really doesn't like Alias), she basically mapped out everything before it happened.

I think it's pretty safe to say that Vaughn isn't dead.

See, I've been burnt by JJ before, so I was pretty sure he was just trying to be mean again. But now I've seen the error of my ways and reaffirmed my faith in Vaughn being alive. It was akin to a religious experience.

Well, there was the "death" of Syd, wherein he got Vaughn hitched to Lauren. Then he made Lauren into a Cheap and Evil Girl. He made Will go live in the WPP. He made Nadia a zombie- HE MADE IRINA SLEEP WITH SLOANE.

Ohh yeah... I seemed to have forgotten all of those... oh but add in killing off Francie! The EvilFrancie arc was interesting and cool for the show but I MISS FRANCIE!!

And, I refuse to believe in Slirina. My mind can't comprehend. "Nadia is Jack's baby," says Ollie. Then it must be so!

I missed Francie more in retrospect. Sure, I was sad for Syd that she was dead, but that was about it.

Oh, dude, you have no idea how hard I wish Nadia was Jack's baby. Well. Except when I'm reading/enjoying Nack. Because that's wrong. The only way I can allow Slirina is when I arrive at the conclusion that Irina was grasping at straws to stay in America with her family and... Sloane was the best idea? I don't know. Ew.

And for Francie, I think the thing that got me so much was how surprising it all was. With the exception of Irina's "Search & Rescue" I've pretty much been spoiler-free with everything concerning Alias, so anything was a surprise to me. I didn't see that coming. I can still remember that careful pan of the camera along the bloody wall that Francie's lifeless body laid upon. Ehhh... creepy.

I never saw Nack. Like I heard about it an all. But watching the show, I never got that from the two of them.

And I saw season two midway through season three, and Nica had already told me all about it. But it surprised me anyway.
