So, I did the tour of UF today, and it was really informative and the campus is so lovely and I had a good time and got a rockin' UF sweatshirt. The tour was lead by this super sweet girl who spoke like Jen Garner and a guy who looked like Coop. It was great. Then me and my mom and sister and Ellen and Amelia and Mrs. Hoppe went to dinner at the Mellow Mushroom.

And then watched Alias.

 

 

 

Tonight's episode was a lot of "blah," saved for a few minutes of "OH NO HE DIDN'T" and "Sydney, please sit down," and "Aw, Daddy!"

And it so totally looks like Vaughn is being kept alive. Like Walt Disney. Because that arm hair? It looks like Vaughn arm-hair.

(Vaughn come home!)

And oh my god! Daddy and Syd! It was five minutes to the end and I was just complaining about lack of Syd-crying, and then she started the waterworks! That was a nice moment. And then Daddy promising to go with his baby to the obstrician!

Anyone else notice how Renée Rienne sounds and kinda looks a lot like Mia Maestro? Like, the cadence of their voice. And their features. It was weird. I miss Nadia!

I did love Renée adding that Vaughn was crazy about Syd. And Syd mentioning him a few times. And a little Isabelle love. And Marshall!

EVEN CARRIE WAS THERE! And she was nice!

Oh, and Weiss? It's nice that you're abandoning Syd/your COMATOSE GIRLFRIEND. But whatever. He was mostly bearable this episode.

I really hope that guy is dead and didn't have a parachute hidden in his jacket or something. 'Cause he was really rude. Taunting little Isabelle like that! FOR SHAME.

Now I'm here, and I'm all alone! Amelia's watching... whatever comes on after Alias, and Nica hung up on me, and Tess and Hannah are watching other television programs and :-(.

And Nica gave me her cold and it's manifesting itself in not-so-nice ways. Yuck.

My exact thoughts! Was his name in the credits? I was doing AP Gov't hw, so I wasn't fully paying attention. It would be awesome though for his name not to be in the credits just to freak the fans out. Joss Whedon (Buffy dude) did that once... sort of. He did it backwardsly.

And EEEEEE!! for Carrie!!

And I'm totally not understanding how you don't like Weiss. It's like unfathomable. Weiss is one of the best characters!!

I've been real disappointed too with Syd's lack of emotion. Sure, she did start crying with SpyDaddy, but I wish she would've cried more. I dunno.

Eh, I'll probably get over it. I hate and love with equal intensity and they both ebb and flow.

I am SO disappointed in the lack of emotion, which really only can be read as Vaughn not really being dead. I mean, when Danny died we skipped six months and Syd was still moping and weeping, and now Vaughn's been dead for four and she's PREGNANT WITH HIS CHILD, hello, and Syd's all, grr, you killed my fiancé, WHATEV.

I am SO disappointed in the lack of emotion, which really only can be read as Vaughn not really being dead.

But, the thing with that is, Syd would have to know that Vaughn is alive. And originally, I thought her and SpyDaddy faked Vaughn's death, but now that I'm thinking Vaughn's body was in that fake bomb thingy, I don't think Syd knows. So the lack of emotion just might be bad acting, or bad writing, or extreme denial and the suppressing of feelings (on Syd's part).
