I watched 'The Two' practically twice, skipped 3.02 (whose title I don't know) watched the important part of Reunion (teh mission and the beautiful glance scene) and then watched from 3.04 to 3.09. I need to watch Conscious with the commentary and the Will mission for sure tomorrow, and everything else is up for grabs, as I've seen it all.

Still, eeeeee!

I ran totally hot and cold the whole time. I hate you, Vaughn. I hate Vaughn. Stop whining, Vaughn. I hate you. GOD, do I hate Lauren. I hate this show. No, no I don't. Mm, Vaughn is hot. IS THAT MY SEXY BEAST? Oh yes it is! Rock on, Dumb Lauren! You're super cute and pretty as a housewife! Yay!

And there was my SEXY BEAST (without a shirt, might I add) and SpyDaddy and Weiss and Syd. Whining. A lot.

Watched both episodes. I love him.

Watched 'Conscious' again with the commentary (and dude, Nica was right, they're funny as all) and then watched up 'til After Six, after which my brain threatened to explode, so now I'm taking a breather.

What I learned:

(A) JJ had no idea what he was doing because, Dude? Lauren was WAY not evil at the beginning

(B) No one on the writing crew can do math. Katya (Yekaterina. EWWW.) was like, you were married to my sister for five years and it's all, yeah, except for the fact that SYD WAS SIX WHEN SHE LEFT, and I doubt she and SpyDaddy had a kid out of wedlock and then decided to get hitched.

And then, and I know this is coming up, there's the whole 'well, me and Irina had an affair- only once- and I think Sydney might be mine'. Umm. Dude. Nads is like, five years younger than Syd. How could you think Syd was yours if she was five years old when you slept with Irina and you only slept with her once, gaaaah.

(C) Sark is really, really cute. I love him.

(D) I hate you. I'm talking to you, Michael "Manwhore" Vaughn.

(E) But if Lauren was working for the Covenant all along then how did she do such a good job hiding it all along? Can't get over this. And if Katya was working for the Covenant than why did she help SpyDaddy save Syd and Vaughn.

(F) Why do I bother? I know the 'L' in Alias stands for Lies, not Logic. Gaaaah. I need a drink.

(G) Dream episodes rock. They do. So much. And random acts of l'amour? Oh, oh, oh, so beautiful. The 'we'll find each other' scene was GORGE and the 'I just miss you' was FANTASTIC. *sniffles*

(H) GOM! GOM GOM GOM Swill sex was so, so horrifying. Still haven't recovered. I was practically crying watching it. And Dad has joined the ranks of those who think Syd is a slut. Hee.

(I) Music on Alias is hit-or-miss.

(J) Marshall is darling. Sark is hot. The mere mention of Simon is muy, muy sexy. Sloane is my SEXY BEAST. SpyDaddy rocks on. Vaughn is a pussy. Syd is a sadsack who will tell EVERYONE as OFTEN as POSSIBLE just how MANY years she has MISSED (TWO. DEUX. DOS. 2. II.) Lauren is Teh Mod Assassin. Katya is Funny. She is. Barnett is weird. Carrie is SCARY. Weiss is cute! I love Weiss!

'Blowback' 'Facade' and 'Taken'. All very good, short-titled episodes.

I have various complaints, most of them having to do with the abrupt and complete transformation from Lauren Reed, sweet wife of Vaughn and NSC liasion to Lauren Reed, Cheap and Evil Girl.

Blowback amuses me for the sole reason that when we flip to Lauren's POV, half of what Vaughn says doesn't even register. Like Regina said in the recap, it's like, what, Lauren didn't hear it? Vaughn didn't say it to her? WhatEVER.

Facade is cute because of the final scene. I love that final scene very, very much.

And Taken is cute because it's all Dixon, all the time. Papa Reed came. HATE Papa Reed. He teased Renny and cut her self-worth down to size. Poor Renny Reed. I can't wait for Mama Reed to come. Hee.

And the Sarkney moment! Oh, the squeeyness. He SO digs her.

And then, the frosting on the cake: "Not if I see you first, love."

And the light dawns on SpyDaddy.
