Totally finished my Khausinau essay before midnight last night. Got in a fight with my printer; the ink won. Had to get Janelle to print the damn thing.

Note to self: People who tell you go to bed at eleven are SMART. Listen to them. Because staying up past midnight is DUMB.

Woke up this morning, all kinds of dead, and totally forgot that there was a Pep Rally when I  was getting dressed.

Drama today was fun as all. Mederos was absent, so we got this retired drama teacher from Gables, this Jewish guy who was absolutely hysterical (I say Jewish because he kept using all these Yiddish phrases and talking about Judaism, it was great.) We did a bunch of fun activities. Many showcased Marcos. Most of those showcased his and Gabi's relationship. Le sigh.

I got to act with him, though, and it was great, 'cause I got to do my Wahlmaart voice and talk like a really loud Southerner. It was SO much fun.

Math was mind-numbingly boring, but I'm becoming friends with Natascha, which is fun. We got released early for lunch because we were on a pep rally schedule, whatever that means. Went to Khausinau, turned in my badass rewrite, presented Lady Macbeth in Act I Scene V and I say 'totally' entirely too much.

The pep rally sucked. The one redeeming fact is that we got to stand on the upperclassmen side, which was awesome. Side note: I HATE FRESHMEN.

The busride home was fun because Karl was there and he never is anymore. He told me all about his trip to Japan.

And that's about it.

Okay, me and Tata? Totally creepy. It's more than just being able to finish each other's sentences. It's literally thinking the exact same thing at the exact same time.

I got all pretty and then went to Tata's around seven. She straightened my hair, and dude? I have too much fun with her. We went to see 'Napoleon Dynamite'.

Now, based on reviews I've read and word of mouth, I'm expecting a super fantastic movie.

Dude.

It was so bad. It makes baby Jesus cry.

At first I thought I must have missed something. Not the case. I hated the nonplot, I hated the characters, and, above all? I hated Napoleon. And I really, really wanted to like him.

There were some really funny moments, but for the most part? Dude.

I'm really nothungry. But I am. Oh, teh conflict.
