The only thing of true interest I have is the actual, hardcore flirting going on between SyVa. It's pretty. And then there's Bashful! SpyDaddy who touches Syd For! The! First! Time! Ever! on her shoulder and I squealed the first time and I squealed this time and when I told Tess she said solemnly, "It's because he's Shy," and it's so totally true. The reason SpyDaddy is all harsh and loner-like is because he's painfully shy.
Mommy wants to go shy because, get this, I have money. The problem with that being, I don't know, I DON'T LIKE TO SHOP.
I have so much homework to do. And procrastination is not my friend in the least. I have my essay to write. I have study guides to do. I need to start cramming for chem because the night before my chem midterm is THE ALIAS PREMIERE, and we all know what is more important than Alias, right? Nothing. Nothing is more important than Alias when I have had to wait eight months and there is Raunchy! SpySex on the horizon.
Later:
Okay, went shopping. I hate shopping when I have money, because then I spend it and I feel like a bum. I got:
- Java Chip frappuchino at Starbucks. God do I love those things.
- a white Coach wristlet, with the help of Becky's gift card to nordstrom's
$48, which is a deal, and I only had to pay $25, and it's white, and I needed a white purse desperately. And sure, it would only hold my phone and, like, a credit card but whatever.
- pyjama pants from Abercrombie, pink with white moose on them, ee so cute
$5, because Mom bought a 'Blonde leading the blonde shirt' and I couldn't wear it because, hello, not blonde and I gave her the balance
- a pink flowered type thing snap-down shirt from Lucky, on 50% off $66, and the reason it sold me was because it looks so much like the 'we can reheat' shirt and I looove it.
*sighs* At least I had really good bags to shlep around.
They played 'Fever' in the Lucky store. I mean, they played great music, but 'Fever'? As in, the Swill song? Come on. That's just madness. I was totally singing and tapping along with it, 'cause I bought my shirt and Mommy kept getting talked into sale item by the pretty girl at the register- two scarves, a pair of mitten, and turquoise suede clutch that's bee-you-tee-ful.
So, yeah. Excessive amounts of money spent. I feel betrayed.
