Ever since Tess said that that Mimi song from "Rent" was the Nadia/Cesar song- you know. OoooooooooUUUUUUUUUUut tonight.- I've been singing it. Which isn't as enjoyable as one might think. Although it is a damn badass assessment on Tess's part. Because like whoa, y'all.

So, last night I go to bed at four. Because it's what Tess and I do, okay, we stay up late because we're COOL. Anyway. So, I go to bed at four.

At four-forty, my uncle starts turning on lights and waking up everyone 'cause they have to leave. Mind you, I hadn't even actually fallen asleep- I was juuuuust drifting when bam. Lights, noise, people. Fuckers.

I got my parents up and watched them scurry around like ants and they finally left at six. In the morning.

And so I went back to my now-stripped bedroom (!!) and made up my bed (!!) and went back to sleep in my own bed! After a week! PRAISE GOD.

Slept until one, and then my Mom woke me up. Which was sad. But I did get to watch a few episodes of "My Super Sweet 16," which is like, the best show ever. It's up there, anyway. Fourth best? Yeah, fourth.

I'm not doing anything for New Years. Again. And a sad truth?

I like it that way.
