sunshine_queenI am completely uninspired to write anything, and though I'd like to blame the weather (grey, dreary, and completely half-assed: if you're going to look this way, at least go all the way and rain a little. Jesus.) I've been like this for months, so, you know. It's all me. And I have the Dearly Departed ficathon due in less than a month (GULP) and my 1character sentences due... in like, two months, but at least I'm having success with those. One sentence things with prompts are a hundred times less frightening. They require less commitment.
(Although, really, how much commitment does a 1000 fic require? If I can write 4000 words rambling about Syd and Vaughn I can certainly write one fourth of that for the challenge. It's not like I have to research and be all EE about it. God, Madi.)
Today my sister came home from a sleepover and my parents went to Hialeah, so I actually had fun with my sister. We watched this made for ABC Family movie starring "Gretchen Wieners!" (also known as Lacey Chabert, but my sister couldn't get over Gretchen Wieners) and some really, really annoying little kid. It was called "Hello sister, Goodbye Life," which, really says all you need to know about the quality of the movie. They were half sisters and the brat's parents died and their will gave custody to poor Lacey Chabert who was a twenty-one year old college student- which just seems like a dumb idea to me- and the whole thing was dumb but riveting. Well, as riveting as something can be, as Mel and I were making pizza and then chocolate chip cookies while watching. But dude. Quality television right thur.
I need to stop my obsessions with names, but dude, is this not super cool? It's a map! It's so cool!
