2) The Gilmore Girls are taking over my brain.

3) How did Rory become valedictorian (or the valid victorian) over Paris? It seems just so ridiculous.

4) Talladega Nights was hysterical. Really. It seemed really, really long, but when it was funny, man was it funny.

5) Finally got a meal plan, which means that school-wise, aside from books, I am ready to go. My god.

6) Books. Are. So. Expensive.

7) I am probably not going to get my spanish class ever.

wtf. Does no one appreciate that Paris is so smart and brilliant that she's frightening? I believe that should count for something! She works way harder than Rory or anyone else and even though, yeah, she lacks any social skill whatsoever. But if she isn't valedictorian and if she doesn't get into Harvard? The world is a crazy, unpredictable place.

And the writers favor Rory. Idiots.*


*I really, really love Rory. I just feel passionately that Paris is a better student than, well, anyone who has ever attended school.

Let me just say that I love Rory. I really do. In spite of any comments I might make the contrary.* But winning valedictorian just because she's Lorelai's daughter and one of the main characters is... sad. Because if anyone deserved to get valedictorian it was Paris. Sure, Rory might've definitely qualified for saluditorian, but... hello. Paris worked harder than God. Her whole life was school. Not getting into Harvard I can understand, kind of, but not getting valedictorian was just stupid.

* I bitch about my favorite people all the time. Just ask anyone who talked to me when Alias was on. Because I bitched about Syd, whom I adore, all the time.
