Sock!Old!Briony: Well, James Lipton, I guess it's about a girl who sees something she doesn't understand but thinks she does and, I had to write this cause I had to set things right. Nothing in the story was fabricated or embellished. Except the part where they ended up together. That's a lie cause Robbie died in the war.
Sock!Robbie: *flops forward*
Sock!Old!Briony: And so did Cecilia!
Sock!Cecilia: *shows up behind blue cellophane*
Sock!Old!Briony: Dead! Drowned. And now I have dementia!
