ravenclaw_devi: What is beauty?

Me: Beauty, to me, is more than just physical perfection, as it is in the eye of the beholder and extremely subjective. Beauty is simplicity, little things that make you happy, like pink lemonade or beethoven's moonlight sonata, or like the birthmark I have on my left shoulder- something that I love for no reason at all. Beauty is confidence, the ability to walk with your head held high and a straight back. Beauty is strength, beauty is class, beauty is integrity, beauty is justice. In short, beauty is as beauty does.

Devi: What are the top 3 things you want to acheive before you die?

Me: Ooh, Devi, you're good at this.

1- Happiness- for obvious reasons.
2- Success- because being a failure all my life would be horrific.
3- Love- because love is a many splendored thing, love lifts us up where we belong, all we need is love.

Devi: What is art?

Me: Art is anything breathtaking not of nature. Mozart and Beethoven, they created art through music. Michelangelo's David, paintings by Jacques Louis David, Shakespeare's sonnets. Anything that can be looked at today and still be thought of as impressive, awe-inspiring, still bring out strong emotions.

Devi: What do you do when you're bored?

Me: Me? I surf for Alias fic, lurk on the Crest, search obscure things, and chat to people. Sometimes, if the muse strikes me, I write.

Devi: What do you think is your greatest strength?

I think my greatest strength is... oh, god. I guess my ability to remain stoic. Either that, or my inability to hold a grudge.
