I am using the giddy icon not because I am giddy, but because the thought of Syd saying, 'I can smell your spicy brains' to Vaughn is too good to pass up.

Weather is getting scary now. No, really. Wind and rain and we totally lost poor Julia Chavez in the Bahamas. Poor Julia Chavez. I hope she's alright.

My parents were up at 6:30. Because they are crazy. They were really loud, too. I didn't get up for real until 11 because 9 1/2 hours of sleep? Rocks on.

Watched the first half of 'Ziegfeld Girls' with Judy Garland. I HATE Lana Turner. She's obnoxious. Would've finished it if I hadn't gotten worried about the storm and wanted to say goodbye to all of my friends.

Guys, I don't think anything'll happen to me- but if it does, I love you. Since it probably won't, the worst that'll happen is I might lose power. This might drive me crazy. Anyway, if we keep the phones working, my contact is Nica, so if you want news, she'll be the one most likely to know.

In other, happier news, HANNAH GOT MY MOOD THEME TO WORK (as evidenced above). I worship and adore her. And I owe her anything she wants, including my firstborn, if need be.

And we got cake, friends. And cookies. Party at Madi's house!
