My aunt, uncle and cousins are coming next week, so we are in the midst of a HUGE FOR REAL HARDCORE SRS BUSINESS cleaning. While I love to clean (which you wouldn't believe, especially if you've ever been to my dorm/room at home, but that's because when I clean, I clean,) cleaning brings out my true nemesis.

Dust.

I'm pretty lucky on the allergy front, in that I don't have many, but me and dust mites are like for real enemies. I am this close to wearing a surgical mask, it's that bad. Hacking cough, runny nose- it's awesome, really.

On the plus side, I've gotten rid of pounds of junk I don't need, I've found my high school yearbook, and things are getting rearranged to be far more aesthetically pleasing/more grown up/less cluttered.

This sort of explains why I again failed to watch this week's Alias episode. That, and I fail at life.

I'm with you on the dust mites. Pure hate. I once had an allergic reaction so bad when I went to this old person's home I had to be taken to hospital. Dust robbed me of my childhood. I was only allowed one toy in my room. :P
