Weed just has a strong smell. It's not like they necessarily had to smoke a whole ton of it to get the whole damn place to smell strongly of it.

Some ground rules would be a good idea. Although I smoke from time to time, I don't like the smell that lingers even into the next day, so I usually try to open windows or do it outside. Might suggest that to your flatmates.
