So, I ran all the anti virus. I got the malbytes thing, ran it too. And at the end of both it was all, reboot so that everything works like it should! So I did. And when it rebooted, it showed my background and then... nothing. No icons, no start button, no tool bar, nothing. Waited a bit longer and still nothing. Rebooted two more times... nothing.

At this point it's too late to go to Best Buy and luckily Jessie has an extra computer so I'm on it, but I am really unhappy. I've already had computer problems this school year! I should be done! Arg.

I feel for you -- computer problems are the worst.

You might be able to try Ctrl Alt Delete, and if you get Task Manager, go File--> New Task and type in "explorer.exe".

Go in via safe mode and transfer everything off your computer. Sorry to say, but it sounds like you're gonna have to reformat. :-(

Oh, that sucks. :( My compy is in a bad way, too. The screen has been going dim for awhile now, but I think it got that worm last week or something a couple weeks ago. I'm planning on buying a new one, and getting Geek Squad to help me transfer stuff. But compy problems are the worst. Most stressful, especially if you use it a lot.
