It's a clip show of like, the most exciting and explosive and awesome moments of BSG. It's intense and fantastic and it has a clip of EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. So, basically, if you're on my flist and haven't yet watched BSG and don't mind spoilers but want to see why BSG is amazing? This is a pretty good primer.
