There are people in this world who dislike Barbra Streisand. Like, totally, absolutely do not understand it. I grew up with Barbra. There is no one greater than Barbra.

(Except maybe Julie Andrews. And Judy Garland)

Did Secret Santa today with the Blue Stars, and Addy and I totally figured out who everyone has. It's awesome. I know who has me, and I already made my request. :-D

Already bought Tommy's Christmas present. So on top of everything, people.

Finished the recap of 'Rendezvous'. It's so, so crazy. Really.

Nita, it makes me so sad when you put spoilers in your post. Because then I can't comment on your witty, witty LJ entries because I avoid teh spoilers like teh plague. I am a puritan watcher. Burn, baby, burn.

Aw, I'm sorry, Madita. :( One day, I will write a spoiler free, witty, witty post, just for you. And it will be wonderful.

I LOVE BARBRA. This, admittedly, sprung from a SNL skit that I saw when I was in seventh grade (The Nanny helped, too), and I haven't heard many Barbra songs and I've only seen one Barbra movie, but dammit, I love her anyway. And am one day determined to purchase The Essential Barbra Streisand and watch Funny Girl and all that jazz.

Also! For Christmas every year each class decorates a themed Christmas tree, and this guy who has a fixation on Babs suggested our tree theme be 'The Barb(a)ras' -- The Barbra, Barbara Walters, Barbara Bush, Barbie . . .

It would have been so cool. Seriously.

But then everyone decided that they wanted to do A German Christmas instead, for whatever asinine reason. I was so mad.

I mean, The Barb(a)ras!

It would have beyond rocked.

And . . . I promise that I am done now. :)

My life, however, is one filled with tragedy and woe.
