sunshine_queenLJ is back! Hooray!
Yesterday was fun- I spent all day with Becky and Abby and Abby's friends for Abby's birthday. We stayed at a Jewish hotel called the Alexander. This is just cool. And we had dinner at Don Shula's steakhouse, which is crazy nice.
We were going to see Elektra, but neither of us felt too hot, so we stayed in with the girls and watched Titanic. I squealed everytime SpyDaddy showed up because, hello? Daddy.
Had a great time, really. Becky left at 6 in the morning to go to DC for the inauguration, which is so cool. Not so cool was her waking up.
This morning I hung out with the little girls- Tasi was adorable, and Abby is my brain twin- Titanic and Alias? Come on- and then Mommy came and got me.
Mel was at temple this morning for some bat mitzvah and now she's at the big party because the girl is loaded. In between we went to Sunset Place and saw Elektra.
So, the movie's not Oscar-worthy, but it's fun and exciting and the two reasons I went to see it were there. Jen looking pretty and Jen kicking ass. Yes, both present and accounted for. Go see it. Support the cutest little girl on god's green earth.
Oh, and Mom and I tried to watch Anchorman. It just... didn't do it for us.
