The Stepford Wives was a good movie. I liked it. The gay dude was hysterical, the wives had me cracking up, and Glenn Close? Genius. I couldn't take Matthew Broderick seriously, though, because to me, he's Ferris. And I hate Christopher Walken by virtue of the fact that he was on the boat when Natalie drowned.

Have made very little progress in 'existentialist' but I like where I'm going, and I have a plot bunny for an original short fic. It was that plot bunny that led me to finding the great source of amusement of my evening. I went to find a site about Russian names, and I somehow wound up a website for Russian Brides. I kid you not. The site was hysterical. Like, very serious and everything, and it wasn't a funny topic, but I was so amused by the fact that I was reading page after page of information- success stories, tips, russian culture, russian phrases, etc.- oh, it was great. I've haven't had that much fun on a website since I found the 'I can't believe it's the amazing slogan maker!' webpage.

Woke up today at noon and watched the 25 best commercials on VH-1. I adore VH-1. It's one of my alltime favorite channels. VH-1, TCM and E!. Yep.

Random thought: Beyoncé, BE GONE. I used to like you, then you did the whole Baby Boy nonsense. And now with the Naughty Girl? Gaaaaah.
