First good omen of the day: Me waking up to Shakira's "La Tortura" on MTV.
Second good omen of the day: "Hi, I'm Mrs. Han Solo..." the article on George Lucas's lifetime achievement award, featuring Carrie and Harrison.


I'm not nervous, but my body's doing the same thing it did before the chem test and the play: you might not think you're nervous, but you really, truly are!

I got up before noon today for the first time in about a week. I think I'm completely packed. Except for reading material. I apparently have absolutely NOTHING to read on the plane.

... Nothing, nothing, nothing.
