For one thing, it was an inauspicious start to my morning to hear that my idol, Peter Jennings, had died. I'm very sad. Rest in peace, Peter Jennings. There will never be another news anchor like you.

I absolutely love my schedule and classes.

1st: Drama, with mederos, and chang and carol and javi and marcos and galvez and venessa figueroa.
2nd: english, with holmes, and carol and tay tay!
3rd: french, with lochet, and heather and philly and janelle and ALL the frenchies!
4th: TOK, with scott, possibly the most amazing class ever, and tay tay, witlin, jess menasche, and NITA, and other kids i know
5th: math, with campi, and heather and jonathan
6th: history, with mahoney, and carol and chang and galvez and janelle and jess menasche

In drama, I told the ____ova story. And now everyone's calling me "____ova."

Gabi is actually in school for the first week. I say nothing else.

It was super, super hot today, but I got my rose and my crown of seniority. It was Chang's birthday. It was so much FUN seeing everyone, and honestly, I love school. I like class.

And? I only have to have read the first EIGHT chapters of Zorba, and only the first TWO chapters of Hitler and Stalin. Sons of bitches.

AND THEN I CAME HOME AND MY IPOD WAS THERE WAITING!

I had a mini meltdown getting it to work, but Jess the uber goddess helped me because she's absolutely darling. Love, love the Apple Queen.
