So, Jen didn't win, which was sad, but she looked damn cute losing. And she was there with her hubband, which is good. She still looked great.

Anyway, there's another hurricane coming! Oh, exuberance. This one's name is Rita, and they're evacuating the Keys and we're right in the funnel if anything happens, so we might get Tueaday off, which will only rock if we keep power. Which we will. Right? We can't lose power twice in like, a month.

I should be being productive, dude.

ETA: Groan, they're saying it's going to be like Katrina's clone for us- not the Lousiana-Katrina, but the lame-ass Miami-Katrina we had that knocked down trees and TOOK AWAY MY POWER. I don't want another hurricane, guys! We're on R for god's sake, we've had enough, thank you!

Rain, rain, go away.

Ooh, who beat Jen? I was rooting for Frances Conroy if Jen didn't get it. And, well, if someone else did, I'm just gonna have to smack 'em down.

And hurricanes are scary. *shudders* I'm glad there aren't any here. Of course, here we have earthquakes and tsunamis and GRIZZLY BEARS and stuff, so it all balances out somehow.

Productivity is vastly overrated.

I'm used to hurricanes. Earthquakes would flip me out. As would a tsunami. AND BEARS. Jesus.
