I. Am. So. Bored.

Like, it's not even amusing anymore. Amelia's gotten to the weird boiling point of the trip, so my sister and I both escaped to the computers upstairs. We're IMing each other, which is fun and interesting.

I'm actually aimlessly looking at pictures of Mia Maestro on yahoo pictures. Because que linda, yo.

I want to go home. Like, I'm going home tomorrow, and there's no school Monday for some bullshit reason or another... and I'm so sick and tired and it's sad.

But whatever. That's okay!

We went to see a high school production of Cabaret, which kinda sucked but was okay. The girl who played Sally Bowles was impressive, but the rest was mostly mediocre. So whatever. Gator Growl last night rocked. There was this comedian named Greg Giraldo (I think) and he was just AMAZING with fantastic material, and then WAYNE BRADY performed. As in, "Whose Line Is It Anyway" Wayne Brady. It was severely awesome. he did all this improv...

And I love my new Gator Sweatshirt. And I got this darling grey cashmere sweater with three quarter length sleeves.

I should probably be concerned that I don't have a topic for the rough draft of my history internal assessment due... tuesday. Because that's no good. No good at all, dude.

And! I learned that getting on top of my applications is a desireable thing. Especially since housing depends on it. Nica, Jess? I hate you, btw.

Eep. Boredom sucks.

A high school did Cabaret? Que scandalous!! That movie scarred me a little. I still get really freaked out whenever I think about it.

WAYNE BRADY. Oh, that is awesome. I adore him. I mean, Colin is my Whose Line true love, of course, but Wayne? Wayne, too, is glorious.

And . . . don't talk about applications. Stop!! SHHH!!!

Dude! They wouldn't let my school do Chicago, and that is hella less risqué than Cabaret. But whatever.

Dude, I KNOW! I love Colin (and Ryan, oh so much) but having Wayne Brady rocked.

LA LA LA NO APPLICATIONS.

Dude, applications SUCK. There I agree with you completely. But what rocks is that I only applied to ONE school, and the whole painful process was over by Thanksgiving. (I hate myself too. :P) But my housing was a totally separate process... UF makes you do it all at once?

And, my dear? I am formulating a plan to get you up to UVA.

You applied to ONE? I hate you.

The housing thing is confusing, but it's first come first serve and AAAARG.

And I refuse to hitchhike up there.

I just remembered what Cabaret was, and now I'm a little shocked that they did a high school production of it.

Hmm. I know I've heard of Greg Giraldo... am thinking Comedy Central. And Wayne Brady! You guys are big time, man. :)

So was I! But it was cool anyway.

He is on comedy central! I'd never heard of him before, but he rocks. And the students did Gator Growl entirely, so I have no idea how they got these people. It was very cool.

I LOVE WAYNE BRADY!! I love everyone who does Who's Line. Improv is quiet difficult to do all the time and to make it good.

Yes, application stuff would be a good thing to get on top of. For reg decision I, my application needs to be in by Oct 17. I have some more of it to finish. I was going to try to have it in by this weekend, but I've been really busy. Good luck with the application, if/when you start it!

Dude, improv is so difficult! So it was awesome that he could like, make up raps on command and still be hysterical.

Yeah, no way in hell am I going to make it to early decision or the first wave of regular so... whatever. But thanks!

I had this acting teacher freshman and sophmore year, and the only thing we ever did in her class was improv. It the beginning, I hated it; getting up in front of the class without actually knowing what I was going to say freaked me out. Then, it got fun. We started getting good at it. Then it just got old. Props to the Whose Line'rs for keeping it entertaining!

And I'm sure you're going to get in with your GPA. But mine... not so much.
