Rather enjoyed tonight's Alias.

I really, really love Renée. She's cute, and she's spunky, and she does bad things, and? Oh my god she loves her daddy!

I'm glad that they went with it being "her father," beside the fact that it wasn't. She was so cute, thinking it was her Papa. (And was she not a gorgeous little girl? Ay.)

Sydney was cute- she wasn't overtly nasty, but can we talk about the fact that someone ELSE has moved in with Syd? Does that girl ALWAYS live with someone? It's been:

Season One:
- Francie

Season Two
- Francie
- Will
- Vaughn (kinda. He had his own drawer.)

Season Three

Well, mother of god! She lived alone! Praise be!

Season Four
- her sister, mi querida Nadia

Season Five
- Rachel.

And she did baby exercise and talked about being alone :-( Don't worry, Syd, Tessie told me when Vaughn comes back. You'll be fine. Rachel thought so, too. And she looked real pretty. And was friendly and nice. Oh, Syd.

Balthazar is a very, very attractive man who understands the importance of obeying SpyDaddy and protecting Sydney. Smart, smart boy. I love him. He took his job very seriously, and I appreciated that. Does anyone else want him to be with Renée? 'Cause Lord knows I do. I kind of love that he's so beautiful and smart and he's used so well. He almost makes up for Vaughn.

I miss Vaughn. So much. About as much as I miss Nadia, and you already know that my heartache for Nadia is all-consuming. I want him to come back and be all loving and beautiful and smooth and oh my god, bring back Vaughn! He's not dead! He's not! I refuse to believe it!

Okay. I'm better now.

Also, Sloane? I. Love. Sloane. I mean, I was completely aware of this love, but since now it seems pretty clear that Sloane is being set up to betray us all again this season, it makes the love a bit more unkosher than usual. Having him meet with Daddy- they're really playing the Best Friends Card this season, and I really love it.

And Daddy. He is looking very good this season. They've greyed his hair again and he's looking nice and rested and either they got him a new make-up person or Victor Garber has just started to be a very generous man, because wowzer. My SpyDaddy sure looks beautiful. That said, he was so Daddy-like in this episode. I loved that he was like, sure, baby, you go right ahead on your little field trip. Meanwhile, I'm sending your brother with you. JUNIOR! (I'm sorry. When Balthazar said that his Mama said if someone was worth shooting once, he was worth shooting twice, I so flashed on Irina. So unless we see a Mama Balthazar sometime soon, there you have it. Balthazar is Syd's little brother.) And Balthazar threw down his gameboy- 'Awww, Daaaad.' and went with his big sister and was just such a good boy. And I loved Daddy on the phone with people, and Daddy reassuring Dixon- why don't they have more Victor Garber? Why is that?

And why is there not more Carl Lumbly? Because he's so good. I loved him on this mission. He does rich so well. He does everything so well. [/gush]

Rachel didn't annoy me, aside from her random arrival at Sydney's house. I get it, I guess, and it makes sense... but it seems like they're always like, "Shit. We just got so-and-so booted out of their house/fired/transplanted. Where should we move them? Oh! Sydney's house!" So they send them and Syd's like, cool! Another roommate! She's so... blonde. And OH MY GOD her with Marshall! Talking about Wargames and being nerdy. That's great.

About the plot... um. I have no idea. Renée kidnapped the box 'cause she thought it was her Papa dedans, and donc she needed to wake him up, so she... went to steal stuff to wake him up, and she did, but lo and behold, he was not her Papa at all, but instead this Dr. DeSantis? What does he have to do with like, everything? Because you know he has everything to do with everything, at least immediately, and in the Alias world that means frantically little, but whatever. And what about the scumbag, Gordon Dean? I hate him SO SO MUCH it's insane. Think we can arrange to get him killed like Lindsay was in Season Three? 'Cause that was satisfying.

I am at, this point, just rambling because there's nothing else to do. I want there to be power at home. I don't feel good, I'm PMSing, and I miss my friends.

And where is Alias Season Four? I ordered it! Has it come? LORD KNOWS.

I'm not so sure what I think of the whole brain transplant thing, but Renee was so cute with her Papa that I managed to ignore the lying subtitles. :P Also? At the end, I totally thought she was going to give Syd the teddy bear.

It bugged me that Rachel was there, but I understood why they did it, kind of. Hopefully she ditched Nadia's knife collection before the poor flippy kid got there. :P

It also bugged me a LOT that Jack even considered letting Syd go on that mission. I mean, she almost got shot and then she almost got gassed, and they still don't know what the hell was with non!Papa Renee and his brain transplant. That just could have gone so many kinds of wrong.

And duh Charlotte, you goof, it was a spider and Marshall has a kid.

Also, so much <3 for Sloane. It's kind of nice to see him acting normal... or his version of it, anyway. Though Jack does seem horribly trusting, considering how suspicious he was last week. Hopefully he has something else up his sleeve.

Rachel and Marshall are so great together. I wish she could just be Geeky Tech #2 instead of Syd Junior. :P

The subtitles so lied. It was rude. I thought she was gonna give Syd the bear too, but nooooo. Not like she's pregnant or anything.

What did she do with all of Nadia's stuff? :-( I MISS HER.

Jack LET her go on the mission, puhlease. I guess he figures she's going with or without his blessing.

Well, duh, I know, but still.

I love Jack.

And I wish Rachel was Geek 2. But noooo. Jen Garner is all kinds of pregnant.

My favourite one was when she was all, Don't worry, and the subtitles were all, It's okay. Because it's not like you can't say that in french. :P

Now the spazzy little geek is sleeping in her sister's room, and Syd doesn't seem to really care. It's weird. :P

Oh, come on, he could have at least told her he had reservations. If he wanted to stop her, she wouldn't be going.

Well, Balthazar could make up for that, and Dixon could go out more. :P

Oh, dude, I know. The subtitles were off all the time, so I kept re-translating for my mom, who was all, I don't get why they're not directly translating. Because it was just retarded.

I'm SO ANGRY about Nadia's room. What about her stuff? Seriously.

Well, you're right, but Sydney would've whined and told her Daddy that she was a grown up now and could do what she wanted and Daddy can't stop her, yadda yadda yadda. Because it's what Syd does.

I love Balthazar. I can't wait to go home and get power and get some Balthazar icons.

I'm totally getting ready to rewatch some of my season 1 DVDs. I haven't seen them in so long! I'm so excited!!

I brought my Season 2 DVDs up to Orlando with me. I love my Alias.
