Nov. 10th, 2005 05:10 pmI'm going around squinting like a pirate. Aaaaaarg.
My contact was driving me insane earlier, so I threw that sucker away. And so, I am half-blind. And it's crazy.
We took the senior panoramic picture. I am soooo not buying it.
Then we went back to drama and auditioned some more. I did a Clarice callback, and then I audtioned with Javier for Ninetta.
And then it was announced that I was Ninetta.
.... AIE.
In math, I understood EVERYTHING, yo. It was awesome. So, all in all, my day was pretty fab. However, I am missing Alias tonight, and I have to go to the Pinning Ceremony.
The Pinning Ceremony, Ollie, is this pretentious IB thing. You don't enter IB fully until your junior year, so every year... I don't know if it's an international thing, but at least at my school... the juniors are pinned by a senior in IB or a relative/friend or whatever that has graduated IB. The kids are called up in group of tens, the pinner pins the pinnee with a special IB pin, and then later there's food and stuff, or people go out to dinner, which I don't have much of an inclination to do.
It's really lame. And it's like, two hours long. At least I have Karl to snark with.
I have to be there in like, an hour. This is no good.
