Oh, Regina posted her first recap of the season and boyyyyy is she not happy. But many think that Vaughn is alive and hiding in the batcave, so you know what? All is well in Madiland. However, this recap makes me want to go back and recap the episode, simply because I enjoyed a lot of it until someone emptied their gun into the chest of my beloved. But whatever.

kerlin , darling girl that she is, wrote me a lovely little SyVa fic with promises of more AND she linked all of her SyVa fics there. It was lovely.

Figured out a decent solution to the iTunes/iPod problem! As the last iTunes update fucked my computer up so much, I've been too scared to download 5.0.1 from Apple because obviously they're not so bright. Plus? I'm not so down with them messing up my internet again. No thank you-oo-ooblie-ooh (and you can punctuate it.)

So, I trekked into my bedroom, where the despised beloved Dell sits on my desk, hooked up but with no internet. I thought, the hell? and plugged in the new keyboard that came with the Gateway but has a cable too short for this desk (this keyboard has no "N" sticker on the key and is missing one of it's little proppy-uppy leg things.) and installed iTunes and connected the iPod and lo! I was able to upload "I am not a sinner nor a saint" to the iPod! Oh, happy day! Sure, it won't convert files from wmm to whatever they use now, so I have to download all my songs from actual CDs into that computer, but who cares? It works!

Me: Nick Lachey.
Mel: Heh. That's funny.
Me: This is such a sad song, dude.
Mel: Well, he shouldn't have died!
Me: He couldn't help it! He got shot in the chest a million times!
Mel: He did? How do you know- Oh. You have issues.
Me: Shut up.
Mel: God, what a SyVa song. You did that on purpose.
Me: Shut. Up.

That being said, the other song to come from the season five premiere is "Wake Me Up When September Ends," which I have valiantly resisted against. Then, somehow, after the actual "death" of my darling, the song got stuck in my head and now it's the Vaughn's Undeath Song, so I love it and... yeah.

School tomorrow. I go to school two days this week, which is just absurd. I'm totally wearing my Terps shirt.
