sunshine_queenToday my mommy comes home, which meant that we had to do all the chores we neglected to do while she was gone. Namely, keeping up with the house, cleaning the litter box, laundry, and sadly, we realized, watering the plants. Sorry, plants.
I had a good time last night with Becca and Tata. We went to Cheesecake at Dadeland, and Talisa and I both had the brilliant idea to wear new black heels. We both were sad to discover that our shoes are completely unsuitable to do anything but step out of a car and sit down at dinner, because walking in them was excruciating. Beautiful, but excruciating. I really had never realized that the heels were just a wee bit fatter than stilettos. And by "wee" I mean Talisa said to me, "Are you sure you can wear those?"
Now I'm waiting to shower because my dad and sister took one and we're running the dishwasher and the washing machine, which means noooooo hot water. Que triste.
And still haven't done any homework. Oh, my folly. At least the Internal Assessment isn't due 'til Tuesday.

I wore heels to class the other day, 'cause we were putting on plays and I had to get into character, and not only did they hurt like hell, but I got a blister on my big toe and it's pissing me off. Like, not on the pad of the toe, but on the part of the toe right where it's about to join the foot. It itches.
Just had to share that. :D
