Spears Snubs Simpson at Award Show


The Dukes of Hazzard star Jessica Simpson was rudely snubbed by pop star Britney Spears backstage at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, when Simpson innocently asked if she could kiss Spears' pregnant belly. Simpson was hosting the show and the heavily pregnant Spears was there to introduce husband Kevin Federline's debut performance as a rapper. After Simpson made her request, Spears immediately shot back, "Hell, no!" A backstage witness confirms the incident saying, "Jessica was really insulted, but Britney refused to let her do it."



I cannot possibly be the only person who believes Britney was completely right. I probably would've bitch slapped her, but whatever.

Today was good- I went to science, which was in Carleton auditoirum, which apparently can hold 1800 kids. And I think that's how big the class was. I don't quite understand how it works, but I'm sure I'll get it. I found out that I don't always have to attend the math class at 8:30- I can just as easily go to the 11:45 one. And that kicks ass a lot.

I had to spend over $200 on books today (a lot over $200, too). Textbooks are a racquet, I swear.

I'm with Britney on this one (and there's a sentence I thought I'd never say). Jessica's never been pregnant, and she doesn't understand that sometimes pregnant women DON'T like having their belly touched.

Plus, kissing it? That's just kinda weird.

You aren't the only person. I really hate how some people think they're entitled to touching (let alone kissing - WTF?) pregnant women's bellies, and I haven't even been pregnant. It's rude. Someone's right to personal space does not end when gestation begins, people!

What the eff?? I can say without a doubt that I would never let ANYONE kiss my belly, and that definitely includes my husband. Actually, I don't know if I would be pregnant in the first place, because that involves a whole lotta touching and I am so far from down with that.

Jessica Simpson = psycho, though. For serious.
