Woke up and showered and was just going online when Tata called and invited me over.
Spent the day over there, and Tata gave me a french manicure and trimmed my bangs and Melba curled my hair and now I have bouncing ringlets that are tres snazzy. Mom came and dropped off my copy of 13 going on 30 and we watched it and died laughing and then watched a whole lot of extras. The 'Love is a battlefield' music video is HYSTERICAL, you guys. Tata and I were dying. And we also vowed to learn the Thriller dance.
Talisa actually gave me a whole long speech about how gorgeous I am, and that really means a lot coming from her, because she doesn't just say what she thinks I want to hear for the hell of it, and she never lies about that sort of thing, so hearing her rundown on why I'm gorgeous was pretty intense. I don't believe it, not really, but it was nice to here. And then she got Melba into it, so I had to verbally agree or else get my ass kicked. Literally.
When I was leaving there was this GIANT possum in the front yard. There are possums EVERYWHERE now. We saw a couple zillion dead ones driving to work everyday, so I don't get it. Is it 'possum' or 'opossum'? Tata and Carina were calling it an opossum but I hate that. Am I losery enough to look it up? Not yet.
