I spent a whole lot of last night at some forum on TWoP and downloaded a whole bunch of 'music to spy by'. Apparently Coldplay is like, the band of Alias.
Got up at 12:30 and doodled about before deciding to watch 'Full Disclosure' and 'Crossings'. 'Full Disclosure' was a BADASS episode, dude. I think I only watched it, like, once.
For one thing, Kendall was there. And I ADORE Kendall. For another, she was Julia for at least 25% of the ep, so it was too too fun. There was this one part where she said, 'I want to go home- I want to see my Dad...' and she sounded like a preteen at a sleepover. It was cute. It went downhill from there once she decided that doom or not, she needed to see Vaughn and she was all, he loves me. Nine months is nothing.
And um, yeah, turned out it sorta was.
Felt really stupid because it is SO obvious that Quentin Tarantino was totally the dude that told Sydulia to kill Ricky Gervais's brother, but oh well. And seeing Julia again was much much too fun. We got to hear about her working with Simon and then getting chummy with Lazarey- whom you so know loved Julesy way more than he loved his Sarky. And then there was Lauren killing Lazarey, which was fun. And Syd and Dixon having a moment of boo-hoo-we-lie-about-way-important-things-to-each-other. And Syd stupidly saying she wanted to not know about the two years and honestly thinking that she won't be curious. Idiot. And then Syd making the eggs (belonging to One, Chosen) burn, baby, burn.
And then Crossings starts out with Syd and Vaughn making out, which, in my opinion, is a lovely way to start an episode and should be used more often. And then they're all executed and shit but not so much. And Vaughn is like, uber ass. I yelled at him so much. Renny invited Syd to dinner and Vaughn was all, MEH, I AM AN ASS AND I SAY WE SEE SYD ENOUGH SO STOP BEING NICE TO THE WOMAN WITHOUT FRIENDS! Was that assy enough? And Lauren talked to Imhotep and made the plane crash and Syd whimpered 'Vaughn' a lot and was really cute and 'It's bad enough I'm a fugitive in North Korea, and now I have to hear you slept with Will?'
And they snuggle in the cell after that jerk snits on them and Vaughn tries to bare his soul and Syd says nein and they kiss and she promises that they'll find each other, even in death, 'cause they always do, don't they? And wow that scene was done so beautifully, in the breathless Satine voice and the little whimpers and the way she reached for Vaughn and hid her face in his neck when the bad guys came to get them.
Damn. That episode rocked.
And here is a survey thing gakked from
