All of which are going to be changed, as I need to get out of chem (this may or may not happen) and I am getting out of french. The french I need to get into is third period, and Ms Patterson said my whole schedule would be screwed.
But let's start at the beginning.
Last night, I got my hair done by Tata! All straight and pretty and yay. Then I came home and did some final desperate onlining. And then I went to bed. And was asleep before midnight, which is just WEIRD.
Woke up at 6 to my alarm. Oh meh, thinketh I, 'tis time for school.
Wore my blue and yellow striped polo with the pink moose from Abercrombie, the pale Abercrombie jeans, my pink converse, and I brought my pink Barbie bag. Got make-upped. Got picked up by Madeleine, Harvey and Katerina. Went to wait for bus. Lo and behold, new freshmen! We got this new snazzy air-conditioned bus, and Janelle joined me, and we talked. Got to school EXTREMELY close to the time and found everyone waiting outside our french classroom (former class for the mentally handicapped) and no french teacher and the lockers all still locked. We had a sub and we got our schedules and it turned out that I only had one class with Philly, two with Heather, four with Janelle and one with Addy. We did the meh dance.
Then I went to drama. Carolina had brownies! They were good, but as I ate them at nine in the morning, I got a stomachache. The class sounds super, super fun. Marcos was there! With Gabi. :-(
Next was chem. Chem was scary. Ms. Barkow is a doll, but her class? Scary as EFF. The more she talked, the more Heather and I realized we needed to get out immediately.
Math was okay. I knew a bunch of frenchies in it, and when we did a review, it didn't seem too bad. And Ms. Campitelli seemed nice.
Went to lunch. EEEEEEE TOMMY WAS THERE!!!!!! We eeee-ed a lot and then Philly, Heather, Janelle and I decided to stay behind to do things that will be detailed later. Adriana and Jacob showed up, both wearing pink lacoste polos and khaki bottoms. It was sick, truly. They needed to be social butterflies so they ditched us. Everyone had had a good enough day so far, and Jorge showed up. We hate Jorge 'cause of what he did to Heather. He was all, 'Hi, Madeline,' even though he knows how much I hate being called Madeline. He was all, oh, so you're not talking to me? And I'm like, dude, I'm talking. I don't care. And he's like, YES! So you're not mad? And I'm like, just 'cause I'm talking to you doesn't mean I'm not going to KICK YOUR ASS SOON for what you did to Heather.
Went to Corradino. Found Addy there. Yay. Corradino was hysterical. He only uses last names. He's very dry. He's young. He's extremely sarcastic. And right away, he let us know his feelings on Canada, bathrooms, diseases, and blind obediance. As a sample:
SpyBarbie470: oh, dude
SpyBarbie470: dude dude dude
IellaWessiri84: LOL
SpyBarbie470: today i went to history of the americas
SpyBarbie470: and corradino, the teacher was like, okay. we're not going to study canada/
IellaWessiri84: LOL
SpyBarbie470: why? because it's boring. they hate us. we make fun of them. all that's there is ice hockey and unhappy french-canadians.
IellaWessiri84: LMAO!
SpyBarbie470: nothing important happens there. they didn't even get their independence until, like, the 30s. So Canada doesn't matter. It's barely on the big test anyway
SpyBarbie470: I was dying
IellaWessiri84: That's so funny :-P
IellaWessiri84: Though I don't think you can say we have our independance :-P
IellaWessiri84: The Governor General still speaks for the Queen :-P
IellaWessiri84: We got our own flag in like, the sixties :-P
SpyBarbie470: i was turning purple not laughing
IellaWessiri84: lol
SpyBarbie470: and he was so serious
Anyway, the final class was Kasenow. And yes, I thought before I got there that I was going to be taught by The (non) Man, Alexander Khausinau. But no. He was Kevin Kasenow, and he looked like Grizzly Adams and he was a riot. Really. Very funny. He said he never directly answered a question, and after an hour of that, I finally asked why. He gave me a quote about answers killing the thirst for knowledge, so I asked if he now practiced not answering questions based solely on that quote.
And he refused to answer.
And I sooooo walked into that.
Anyway. Stayed after with Heather, Philly and Janelle. We went and talked to Ms Patterson, and she agreed to change my french class to Adriana's, which meant that my entire schedule is shot to hell. Then we tried to get out of Chem, but Patterson said that it was a want-based change, we had to go talk to the new counselor.
So we go. And Heather and I worked our charms. We laid it on thick. And she said she understood, but we needed to talk to Patterson.
Er. We did.
Oh. Well then. They need to put their heads together and come up with a solution.
So we leave and meet up with Janelle and decide to get our metro passes. This takes Philly and I about thirty minutes of waiting, and then it takes me another ten because my name's not on the list. Finally get on the list and my damn metro pass.
Then we decided we needed lockers. So we went back to our locker banks and BAH, they were still closed.
So we all found a bunch of custodian people and convinced them to cut open four lockers for us. Philly ABSOLUTELY needed #33, so we got that one. I got #41. And theeeeen we waited outside for Heather's parents, and then we all (Heather, me, Philly and Philly's sister, Juliette) piled into the car and then I came home.
I am so accomplished. And so LJ-cutty.
