Yesterday was much fun. Drama was a blast- we played for like, an hour, and I swear to god I caught Marcos looking at me at least twice. Gom. Sigh.
I actually am semi-understanding math, which is a major huge big thing for me. And Kasenow (or Khausinau, as Nica refers to him most amusingly) is awesome. He likes me! Massive yays! He told me I was of superior intellect. I grinned massively.
And then I found the Justin Theroux website.
*nods* Yes. My Simon. Slurp. I was all giddy and fangirlish about it with Tess because, seriously? He is just SO HOT.
"With his quirky charm and hint of a dark side, it's no wonder straight-talking actor Justin Theroux is the thinking girl's heartthrob."
Le sigh.
And last night Mom and I showed Daddy the Girly Scream. Because it is just that great.
Today was fun. In french, Carrenard was back, and the snark was on full force, but she's leaving in a month, and midway through Patterson and the counselor came in to talk to me about schedule changes. Told me to see them in lunch.
Chem was actually fun. I caught two mistakes that Barkow made on the board (rock on me!) and then when we were working, she started playing musics, and it turns out she has the same kind of bizarre, random tast in music as I do! I was so thrilled. I heart Barkow.
Went to lunch and went to the counselor. Stood in line for fifteen minutes before I decided to cut and just tell her I needed my paper for the change. She said she'd get it after lunch. Meh, I said, and went back.
Returned after lunch and waited with Leo Armas, who, for some stupid reason, had decided to take both bio AND chem and now wanted out.
No chem changes. The only class they had to put me in was French III, which is like, uber beginners and about four levels below the one I'm supposedly at. Whatever.
Corradino's class is so much fun. He's a really funny guy, so we laugh all the time, and then I worked in a group with Addy, Roro, Axelle and Stephanie, and Addy and I had a blast. That's the only class I have with her, and we both nearly died laughing when she made her 'u' look like an 'a' so it looked like 'smaggled' instead of 'smuggled'. Oh, my god. We were, like, crying. Corradino likes me too. This makes my day, truly.
And Daddy's in surgery today. Still. So Mommy's all frazzled and harried and I have to go get Mel in a few minutes and I'm worried too. :-( He'll be fine, though.

Date: 2004-08-19 04:03 pm (UTC)And I'm glad that school is managing to be somewhat enjoyable for you. :) And dude, I thought I was going crazy because every time I scrolled by your post, I saw 'David Duchovny' but I could not figure out why, and after looking at it for the fourth time I decided that I was simply obsessed and crazy.
But then I saw that it was on the 'current music' line. So . . . score! Even if I am mentally unhinged, there is no longer proof of it. :)
