I will say only this, which I've said before in several contexts: "Bones' provides more pure fannish enjoyment for less fannish investment than just about any other show on the air. You can TOTALLY love it while it's on and then just relax and think about other things, and the show loves all its characters so much that you can trust the writers. I mean, it's always a bit dippy, but it's good, good times.
homg. Watch it. Such a good show. And yahtzee63's description of it is perfect. I just finsihed watching all of Season 1 for the first time; guh. So, so good.
No, but see, it's okay, because "Bones" isn't a show that you have to see absolutely every episode of, so sporadic viewing is okay (though you will want to see every episode once you start watching them, not that that's a bad thing) and if you ever have any storyline questions, I personally volunteer to answer any questions you may have.
Because really, at first I started watching it, being like "Hey, this show is so terrible, it's funny, haha" and then all of a sudden I was intensely involved in the characters.
But in a good way? Just watch, dude. It's awesome.
