I am so behind on my Alias-watching for the_retelling that I'm embarrassed. It's weird watching it here at home, cause people are always around and it makes me feel silly. (Which, it is. It takes me like, two hours to watch an episode. I should absolutely work faster than that.) I think I'll get more into it when I'm hosting again/watching episodes I really enjoy, like Conscious. But I liked the ones that I skipped too, so really, I just suck. But Alias tonight! I will watch Prelude on-time.

Literally nothing's been going on here. I worked with Talisa's brother for a few days, then they went to the Bahamas. I saw Becca for onnnne daaaaay, which was lovely, albeit short. Mel and I have gone through approximately two hundred magazines cutting things out, because we're going to découpage our little bookcases. I have like, nine thousand things cut up. I have some pictures of the stacks of mags, and I'll post it when the whole thing is done (which is hopefully by the time we go to NY, but I can't do it now/when my aunt and uncle are here, cause my bookshelf is crammed cause I really need a bigger bookcase but whatever.)

Though I haaaate horror(-y) movies, I'm a bit desperate to see "The Happening." It looks so amazingly bad! And yet awesome.

My dad is great at decoupage. He does plaques and murals and things. He's really good at it, too. Despite being a pickup-truck-driving, BBQ-loving, Republican guy from Mississippi. The man knows what he loves. I figure it must be fun.

Aw, that's so cute that your dad decoupages! I haven't done the actual decoupaging part yet, but I hope I'll like it. Especially since I'm determined to do the whole thing.

My family saw The Happening while I was at work yesterday. Apparently it's a less ... Japanese ... Suicide Club. It sounds a little gory for you. But your description appears to fit it well. :-p

On ONTD they had "18 reasons why 'The Happening' is the Worst (best) movie of the year" and I wanted to quote it at your AIM but it wouldn't let me. It does sound a bit too gross for my taste, but the plants. THE PLANTS.
