BEST INTERVIEW EVER

My soul welled with joy in seeing this embedded on the ol' friends list. I am so in love with her it's just stupid. And her PLUS CRAIG is just too much for my heart. Best lady ever!!!

I love that they were once involved enough to go to Mamma Mia! and hot yoga, somehow it just makes such perfect beautiful sense -- a sense I'd usually be too jaded to expect! -- that the universe would bring together two human beings as singularly unfathomably wonderful as Olivia Williams and Craig Ferguson.

Right? At first I thought they were just friends- friends can see Mamma Mia together!- but then the yoga, and the marriage, and the whole "what do you like?" and... I am a bit sad they're no longer together!

I know, right!! They are both married to other people with things like kids and happiness but quite frankly, it will always make me a little sad. It's just -- such a good combination of humans!

ABBA!!!! I KNEW SHE WAS MY PERFECT HUMAN BEING, but that really just cemented it. At one point on the behind the scenes features for Dollhouse, she does that thing where she turns around and rubs her hands on her shoulders so from behind it looks like she is making out with somebody. She is the best! There's nothing about her that's not great! And now, even though I've got an eight page paper due tomorrow and I have like two pages, I am watching a showreel of her movie clips on youtube instead. Why, why!

It's like the time I had a final the next day and I spent the whole night watching the clips of Michelle Forbes on True Blood on youtube. Only less, because MF is my TV dalliance, and not my TV Girlfriend.

(My mom asked if I was watching a new show because I wanted a new TV Girlfriend. I was shocked, shocked.)

I have now reached this disturbing point in my existence where watching The Postman with Kevin Costner seems like an actual essential life step rather than something no one should ever bother to do. But look, SHE is the scantily clad chick on the cover! Reason enough for me, dude!

(Your mom needs to explain the concept of TV Girlfriendry to my mom! Who is, I think, genuinely worried that I am going to endeavor to make Olivia Williams my life partner or something. She always gets distinctly, "..." when I'm rhapsodizing over her beauty & perfection. It's like, COME ON NOW, MA! Heterosexuality does not factor in when one is dealing with perfection.)

I watched Dances With Wolves because of Mary and... oh. Oh, the Cost. He is just... special.

(My mom only became okay with the idea of me having a TV Girlfriend when Jen Garner announced on some red carpet thing that she had a girl crush on Jessica Biel. Because Jen said it, my mom totally thinks it's legit now. I DON'T KNOW. And also, you're totally right. Sexuality has nothing to do with it WHEN THERE ARE PEOPLE SO PERFECT IN THIS WORLD.)
