So now I'm going to watch the movie that can best be summed up as Cocaine + Tricia Helfer + the words "taut thriller."

I am psyched, but not as psyched as I was for the Genius Club. I think that one's going to be hard to beat.

OMG OMG. I saw that it was on television the other day (one of the higher up channels or something) and I was THIS close to watching it (because I was the sole person who voted for it in the poll and it's fate)...but I didn't.

Have you seen Walk All Over Me yet? That one's been hanging out on my netflix queue for a while.

Also, be aware that Tricia (along with Tahmoh Penikett!) is in this zero-budget movie where various characters monologue about the PROS AND CONS OF THE LOGGING INDUSTRY, and it's on Hulu. I watched her section but it was pretty terrible, and not in a glorious Genius Club way.

I have! It's pretty decent, actually, I would recommend getting it. It's crazy- not so much in a nonstop LOL way, but in a WTF is this crazy happening, but Tricia is glorious, as usual. (I was just talking about this movie on someone else's LJ earlier tonight, and I basically said the exact same thing. You expect from the summary it to be like, a straight up slapstick, but no, it's srs bizness more than you'd expect.)

Wait they're... characters? Monologuing about the logging industry? WHY HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS WHY WHY.

Yes, characters! Who all have a gimmick of repeating I LOVE TREES dramatically at various points in their monologues. :D
