Did some poking around, and the internet set-up page like, has lines in my building. That means other people do it. WHICH MEANS I CAN DO IT, DAMMIT. I need to find out who I need to get permission from to get internet in my own damn room. I will pay 30.00 euros a month for it, no problem.
