Kara's dad has a good point.

America, as a whole, sadly got what they deserved, God help them.

But the 48% who didn't vote for him are stuck with him too.

I didn't say the pledge this morning, for the first time. I have never intentionally not said the pledge. I didn't even put my hand over my heart. Nothing.

Four years is a long time. And I thought waiting for January was bad.

Is it 2008 yet?

You know, it's kinda like being in prison and your sentence is almost up, but then just before they open the door they tell you, "nope, sorry, four more years." I think I'm gonna get an e-counter to count down the days to 2008. :p

Yesterday, I didn't say the pledge -- I just stayed sitting down, and everyone kinda stared at me and Michelle gave me this 'are you serious?' look. But . . . bah. I don't particularly want to go all warm and fuzzy about this country right now.

And I'm sorry about the Nsync. :D What can I say? I am, quite simply, a devious force.

We only say it in Spanish class. And saying the Pledge in Spanish? Too much fun to pass up. (I'm only being slightly sarcastic. I love me some espanol.)
