Listening to the Alias Radio station made me laugh, because I realized that Quentin Tarantino went in to SD-6 in 'The Box' thinking that he could down Sloane with a few salsa needles because he was small and kinda looks like a lizard and is very lawn-gnome-like and has hair like a baby bird. What he didn't realize was that he was up against A SUPERSTAR! (Yes, that moment came to you courtesy of Molly Shannon and xenaamber )

Today was cold and eh and dramatic. In french Mme Lochet brought us crepes, which were yummy, and Barkow was nice, and Corradino is just hys-freaking-sterical.

The best part was when this senior named Anne-Laure came in offering a community service project with 150 hours- re: an entire CAS project- for two/three's work. And no, there isn't 150 hours in three days. She's just willing to give us the hours so that people volunteer to help the American Czech and Slovak club do whatever it is they're doing.

So I volunteered.

Plus? Anne-Laure promised there'd be cake.

And you all know what my favorite thing is.

I love Natalie Merchant's 'My Skin.' Alias radio played the Emily/Sloane scene with it... and oh my. I needed it. And come tomorrow I will have my damn Zazie CD, meaning I can make my fanvid!

Daddy's surgery is early tomorrow morning, and it's early release... so all day stuck at home tomorrow. Hooray.
