sunshine_queenI left school today at like, 8:30 because I had a godawful stomach ache. Now, I might like to stay home from school, but not because I'm sick, and I've left school because of real illness only one other time in my life, because I HATE babying myself when I'm sick. It's like inviting illness.
Wound up laying on the couch miserably, watching four episodes of Alias that I slept through an entire episode of. (2.02, I'm so sorry.) We just got our cable back sometime between 9:30 and 12:30, which is cool.
Now that I'm feeling much better, I'm here, and no one else is. :-( Guess I'll go watch television.

Date: 2005-09-01 08:02 pm (UTC)Apparently the line from "La Pared" is a Colombian expression for "nothing" -- so "después de ti, la pared" means "after you, nothing." Make of that what you will. And the lyrics for "Si Te Vas" ("If You Go Away," you are correct) are freaking awesome.
