Woe Upon Your Cylon Heart!

Shit damn y'all, I am bored.

I'm housesitting for some family friends- well, less house-sitting than dog-sitting, and I can't get their wireless to work so I'm on one of their old computers upstairs and this means I can't watch the BSG I brought on their sweet ass giant television, and IT IS LONELY HERE. There is no one around! There is no noise! It is eerie! It's not like I'd be doing anything spectacular in my apt, but at least there I'd be with my roommates and with my own stuff.

Also, I'm in a crappy mood because even though we won the game hardcore (56-6) it poured for a good hour and a half during the game, and I was completely drenched from head to toe. And because I only brought one change of clothes because I didn't foresee getting wet, I am wearing my pajamas. IT IS FIVE IN THE EVENING AND I AM IN MY PJS.

This is pathetic.

May 13th is the day of my prom. It was almost day two of Talisa's birthday, but that's been moved to the 20th. Instead, I get an evite (hee!) from my cousins saying that her daughter's baptism is at 12:30 that day.

And I thought I'd avoided disaster. *sigh*

Went to see "Failure to Launch" yesterday, and it was about a hundred times cuter than I imagined. The dialogue was actually quite witty and Matthew McConaghey (sp?) almost made up for SJP. The one who did make up for SJP? Coop. Oh man, was Coop delightful in that movie.

Came back from Gainesville the day before yesterday and now my spring break is essentially over and it's really sad. Where did the week go? All I have to show for it is a new outfit and another folder from a UF tour.

It's sad, realizing how pointless most of my LJ entries are. Once Alias starts up again (!) at least I'll feel better with my write-ups. They amuse me, at least. Besides, I have to post. I have a paid account and 108 icons to use.

Let it be known that there are eleven Spanish channels to my television. Eleven. I mean, I expected, like, two: Telemundo and Univision. But noooo. Eleven.

Damn impressive, I say.

I miss Nica! I just talked to her on the phone before she ditched me to be with her college friends. :-(

Today I got my GPA, my class rank, and I found out that I wasn't qualified for fiancial aid. HOW AM I NOT QUALIFIED? I am poor. This is ridiculous.

My GPA sounds better than it is: 4.562.

My class rank sucks- I'm in the top 30%. THIRTY percent. I'm #193 out of 634 seniors. This is dismal, as all the top ten are IB students, and I know all of them. Vidaña said they get recalculated at the end of the second semester, so I should work my ass off and get good grades at least until January. I also have an A in math. Can someone explain this to me?

I kinda wish I was out tonight. I'm all lonely. And I miss my Mom.

There's another thunderstorm tonight. That's the millionth this week, and the fifty-millionth in the last two weeks. SO KNOCK IT OFF, WEATHER SYSTEM.

Tropical Something-or-other Maria is forming, as Tropical Whatever Lee died. Maria, sorry, you don't want Katrina's sloppy seconds. Go fizzle out and die, please.
